What to do if you forgot your username or password

From the sign-in page, click "Having trouble logging in?" and request a one-time login link for your registered email address.

Check your email inbox for the one-time login link. If it does not arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.

Open the one-time login link to sign in to your account.

After signing in, change your username or password from your account profile if necessary.

For account security, Eigo.AI login sessions last up to 24 hours after your most recent activity. Active page loads and account actions refresh the session, but you may be asked to sign in again if the session expires or the account is signed in on another browser.
